Terms and Conditions

1. Lesson Scheduling and Attendance

• Lessons are scheduled at a mutually agreed time between the student (or parent) and the teacher.
• Students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals will not receive extended lesson time.
• If the teacher is late, the lesson will either be extended or rescheduled at no additional cost.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Student Cancellation: At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
• Teacher Cancellation: If the teacher cancels, a makeup lesson will be offered at a convenient time. If no time is possible, the lesson will be cancelled.
• No-Shows: Missed lessons without prior notice will be charged in full.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due before the lessons.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Tikkie.
• Lessons won't be taught without payment.

4. Makeup Lessons

• Makeup lessons are offered only for cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice and are subject to teacher availability.

5. Recording & Media Policy

• Lessons may not be recorded without prior consent.

6. Agreement

• By attending lessons, the student (or parent) agrees to these terms and conditions.
